2013년 3월11일자로 CPSM 자격 취득 조건이 변경되면서, CSM 자격증은 더 이상 인증하지 않게 되었습니다.

따라서, 기존 C.P.M. 자격 취득자들은 학사여부와 상관없이 Bridge 시험을 통해 CPSM 자격증으로 취득할 수 있습니다.

변경된 CPSM 자격취득 조건은 다음과 같습니다.

 학사자격 소유를 하고 3년간 공급관리 관련 분야에 실무 경험(Three Years of Experience) 필요
(단순 구매 사무 또는 보조 경험 제외-Fulltime; Professional; Non-Clerical, Non-Support)

또는

 5년간 공급관리 관련 분야에 실무 경험(Three Years of Experience) 필요

그리고

 3개 CPSM 시험에 합격하거나 (Successful Passing of the Three CPSM Exams), 유효한 C.P.M. 자격을 갖고 Bridge 시험에 합격한 자(Successful Passing of the Bridge Exam with a Valid C.P.M.)

CPSM^® Eligibility:

• 
  
• Three years of full-time, professional supply management experience (nonclerical, nonsupport) with a bachelor's degree from regionally accredited institution or international equivalent
  

  OR

  
  
• Five years of full-time, professional supply management experience (nonclerical, nonsupport) without a qualified bachelor's degree
  

  AND

  
  
• Successfully pass three CPSM^® Exams, OR, if you are a C.P.M. in good standing, pass the Bridge Exam

따라서, 학사졸업증이 없는 분들도 관련분야에서 5년 이상의 경력을 가지고 계시면, CPSM 자격증을 취득할 수 있게 되었습니다.

아울러, 시험 합격후 자격증 취득할 수 있는 기간은 4년입니다. 처음 합격하신 시험일 기준으로 4년 이내에 자격증 신청할 수 있습니다.
